Trinidad and Tobago Dive Reviews

Diving in Trinidad and Tobago can be hampered from time to time by poor visibility but otherwise it is home to a very healthy eco system rich in coral reefs and marine life. The Flying Reef is home to a soft wall, nurse sharks, sting rays, gorgonians and pelagics which due to a strong current are best enjoyed by experienced divers.

Wreck diving takes place around sunken passenger ferry The Scarlet Ibis which is now rich in rainbow runners and other tropical fish. Hammerheads and mantas are lucky spots amongst the pinnacles of The Sisters but for a safe bet head to London Bridge. This is a well known site featuring an arch frequented by turtles and sharks. Finally Speyside is notorious for great drift diving home to the largest brain coral in the Caribbean, sponges, damsel fish and nurse sharks.
