Seychelles Dive Reviews

The Seychelles offers divers 115 islands rich in fish, bright corals, manta rays, turtles and whale sharks, whilst giant tortoises reside on shore. Main sites include those around Mahe, Praslin and La Digue which are also great for snorkelling. There are four national marine parks in total featuring canyons, gullies and wrecks.

L'ilot off the coast of Mahe is the top spot where whale sharks visit in November, corals, sea whips and gorgonians are in abundance here. Spotted snake eels and more corals are found in Whale Rocks dive site whilst a larger array of fish including nurse sharks wait in Brissare Rocks.

More sharks reside at the aptly named Shark Bank also off Mahe. Wreck diving takes place around Ennerdale sunk in 1970 and now home to hundreds of bat fish. The best diving takes place in April to May and then October to November although you can dive all year round.
