Galapagos Islands Dive Reviews

Dive in one the remote spots on the planet in waters rich with diversity. The Galapagos Islands are one of the last places on earth where you can dive with large schools of sharks and is also home to the world's second largest marine reserve.

Due to the islands location on the equator the fusion of warm and cold currents allows for species of both to coexist. In these waters lava rocks and reefs provide comfort to sea lions, rays, penguins, sea turtles, dolphins, eels, hammerheads, whale sharks, black tip sharks, and literally hundreds and hundreds of fish species from yellow fin tuna to blue striped chub.

All diving levels can experience diving in the Galapagos Islands where waters are warmest from December to April. Visibility is variable but most diving takes place early morning. The peak season for diving with the sharks is from June to November.
