Dive in the South of France to explore wrecks from World War II whilst western France boasts a wealth of reefs and marine life in cool waters. Sea creatures include tuna, pollack, mackerel, sea stars and soft coral.
Certified divers can enjoy diving in Antibes and Juan Les Pins with coral reefs, canyons, caverns, pinnacles and drop-offs. Marine life here includes octopus, lobsters and gorgonian fans. May through to November is the best time to dive here when the waters are a warmer 20 degrees.
Antibes, Nice, Saint Raphael, La Londe and Saint Maxime stand out as the best dive spots in southern France thanks to best visibility and warmer waters.
