Denmark Dive Reviews

Scuba diving in Demark is available at 13 destinations with more than 100 dive sites in spots including Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, Jutland and Syddanmark. Expect a wide range of diving scenes from windy waters with moderate visibility and strong currents to calm spots with good visibility. The water temperatures can be chilly at 4-8 degrees at below 10 metres all year round – definitely dry suit territory.

Given Denmark's locality there are a fair number of shipwrecks in her waters, currently estimates at over 5,000 dating back to Viking times. There are older wrecks that can still be dived including the 1710 Dannebroge. There is also an interesting 225 meters long Chinese bulfreighter that sank more recently in 2003.
